Wisconsin law, coupled with the Village of Ferryville Code of Municipal
Ordinances, mandates that many materials must be recycled. The law
requires all Village Residents as well as Village Business Owners to
participate in the mandatory recycling program. The Village contracts, for
curbside sorting and recycling pickup, with Town & Country Sanitation Inc.
Instructions and the list of all items that must be recycled appears below as
well as the schedule of pickup days for year 2011. Recyclables must be put
at the curb in bins which may be purchased from the Village for $9.00 each.

Shredded paper may also be recycled and must be put in a clear bag and put
at the curb for pick-up on the scheduled recycling days.
